These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ue9 platform, including the official website at ue9.im and all related services we offer. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ue9 as the platform operator.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms:

• Register a new account on the UE9 platform

Ue9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms without prior notice. In such cases, a thorough investigation will be conducted and ue9's decision shall be final.

Ue9 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods popular among Malaysian players, including direct bank transfer, FPX, and selected e-wallets. All financial transactions on the ue9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 20 per transaction

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Service disruptions, technical delays, or system failures

Ue9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Registering using false information or another person's identity
• Owning multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other players
• Request by authorities or law enforcement bodies

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting UE9 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible remaining balances will be returned to the verified payment method, subject to full compliance with all withdrawal terms and procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ue9 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

• Stage 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact UE9 customer support with the details of your dispute. We will endeavour to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
• Stage 2 — Escalation: If the issue cannot be resolved, the case will be referred to UE9 senior management for review within 14 business days.
• Stage 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to refer the matter to an independent and impartial arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

By using the UE9 platform, you agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or collective legal proceedings against UE9 in connection with the use of this platform.
